Billing questions
Does the Free plan expire?
No. The Free plan stays free forever for one store. Upgrade to Pro only when you add more stores.
How am I billed for Pro?
Pro is billed monthly in USD from your Pressify Hub balance. Top up your balance ahead of time and the plan renews on its own.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades apply from your next billing period.
What happens if I go over my store limit?
Existing stores keep working. You’ll be asked to move to a larger plan before connecting another store.
Do print partner costs go through Pressify Hub?
Each print partner bills for its own printing and shipping. Pressify Hub shows the total before you send anything and adds those costs to your profit reports.
